I hope to have a new draft done in three months (original estimate), it might take a year (X4) since that's how long it took to write the rough draft, and getting it done in six months (1/2) would be nice. I won't even admit to how long my novel took, and how many revisions. But now that I'm starting on a new WIP it's a huge comfort to know all the things I did wrong first time around! This one will take longer to get to first draft but the revisions will be WAY faster. I didn't know when I started it, but I think it came into existence to teach me how to write a novel. I've no idea if it will ever be published but even if it doesn't, it has served its purpose! I'm so impressed by your courage in sharing online and am planning to pluck up the courage to do the same... any day now... ;-) I’m with Rocky!!
